Prices

• Please pay attention to the following costs:
  In the renting price are included: Bed linen, all towels, household linen, and water electricity:
  • 150kw per week is free
  • If the renter uses more than the 150kw per week,the surplus will be at a cost of 0.40€
  • Cleaning at the end of your stay ; one off payment of 160,- €

• Winter renting:
  • Water and electricity have to be paid additionally (not included in the renting price) and is measured by real consumption
  • Cleaning at the end of your stay ; one off payment of 160,- €

• 30% of the complete renting price has to be paid for the reservation of the Villa as a prepayment. When the renter can submit proof of the payment (bank transfer), the reservation will be seen on the renting calender. As soon as the money is on our bank account, the renter gets a pre contract as a confirmation. This money can not be paid back in any case. The last 70% has to be paid 30 days before arrival by bank transfer or cash on the day of arrival.

• The deposit of 600,00 € has to be paid on arrival, and will be paid back on the day of departure in full or deducted if there are any damages in the house.

• During the easter and christmas holidays we have different renting prices.
