La maison est très spacieuse et exceptionnellement bien équipée. Rien ne manque. Suffisamment grande pour plusieurs couples avec enfants tout en gardant une intimité en raison de chambres à l étage et au rdc ( avec plusieurs salles de bain et WC qui plus est aux différents niveaux).
Le cadre est sublime des arbres fruitiers et méditerranéens, et un environnement très calme pour des nuits reposantes.
Le coin piscine est juste incroyable, grande piscine, entouree de transats, piscine nettoyée régulièrement, avec une vue mer et végétation. Un coin cuisine d'été très appréciable et bien équipé
L'environnement permet d accéder au centre de calpe en peine 5 min en voiture . Un peu difficile à pieds en raison de l'absence de trottoirs, mais faisable pour les marcheurs.
Absolument rien à redire, cette maison est exceptionnelle , le tarif très correct, et les propriétaires d'une grande gentillesse et cordialité.
Je recommande vivement.

Thank you for your hospitality, Scina and Sergio! The holiday week fulfilled all our expectations. The facilities were great for a holiday, the garden and the swimming pool really private, and the garden was great to walk around and admire all the plants.

Nous avons séjourné 15 jours dans cette villa magnifique. La vue est splendide, la maison très jolie, extérieur bien entretenu avec de jolis cactées et arbres fruitiers. L'espace piscine et cuisine d'été (très complète) est ravissant. Les propriétaires sont très charmants et accueillants. Ils sont à l'écoute et toujours disponibles au moindre problème.

We have spent two fantastic weeks at villa Scina Calpe. The villa is very spacious, super clean, a lovely garden and of course an amazing swimming pool. The villa is located in a very nice and quiet area and has everything you can expect,air conditioning in every room, large bathrooms ,a kitchen containing all you need to prepare your meals. From the terrace you have a superb view on the sea. The garden has beautiful flowers and palm trees. The pool area and the lovely outdoor kitchen is just amazing. Kitchen with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, bbq and paella grill. We spent our vacation since many years in different villas but we never had a villa like Villa Scina it is above a 5 star ranking.
The owners Scina and Sergio are the nicest people you can imagine always helpful and friendly. They offer their assistance night and day.
Thanks Scina and Sergio we could pass our vacation in such a marvellous place. We certainly will come back.
What can one say about this Villa, from the moment you walk in you are just blown away. The owners Scina and Sergio just make you so welcome from the moment you arrive and the service/help they give during our stay would put many 5 Star Hotels to shame. We have stayed at many Villa's and never have we had a Villa that has a kitchen with everything. So many plates, glasses etc etc. The Villa was spotless when we arrived. The Pool area is just amazing, so much room and great outside dining area by the pool with Fridge/freeze, dishwasher and lovely gas Grill. The Pool was perfect, clean and so warm even though not heated, and the tiles around the pool are perfect with kids as not slippery(even when very wet). The Gardens just make the whole area so peaceful and relaxing. The area around the Villa is also very peaceful, there is only a 5min drive to Calpe or a lovely 25min walk to the town. All in all we had a wonderful week in an amazing Villa and I/we hope to return in the future. La vivienda es fabulosa, muy grande, camas cómodas.Piscina muy limpia, estupenda,agua caliente y tiene una cocina con una barbacoa de la cual hicimos un gran uso.Vistas magníficas.Un lugar ideal para pasar unas vacaciones tranquilas.Los caseros muy atentos.Gracias por unas maravillosas vacaciones.

Formidable !!!! Nous avons passé un séjour magnifique. La villa était sublime et très bien équipée, le jardin très agréable avec les arbres fruitiers dont nous pouvions disposés. Nous tenons à remercier chaleureusement Scina et Sergio qui ont été exceptionnels et à notre écoute tout au long de nos vacances. Nous les embrassons très très très fort et avons hâte de les revoir au plus vite. Encore un immense mer.

We had a perfect vacation at Villa Scina in Calpe. Everything was better than expected. The city Calpe was very nice and beautiful. Calpe offers lots of activities for families and beautiful sites that you can visit. We advise you to go hiking on the Penon de Ifach if you have the chance. The neighbourhood where the villa is located was very beautiful and quiet. The Villa had everything we wanted like, big and comfortable suites and bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a nice living room and terrace where we could relax and a big pool to cool off from the heat of the sun. The beautiful sea view on the terrace was brethtaking. The big garden had beautiful flowers and palm trees. I want to thank the owners of the villa, Scina and Sergio, for their hospitality. They provided everything we needed for a perfect vacation. Thank you for everything and we will visit you again very soon.
